How to download/install and activate your Microsoft 365 products

Upon purchasing your Microsoft 365 Personal/Family, follow the steps below 

1. Login to your Client Portal at Https://www.cloudspace.com.sg/
2. Under your active products and services, click on your software purchase. (eg Microsoft Office 365 Personal)
3. Click view license key (copy the key as you will need it later)
4. Go to https://setup.office.com/
5. Either Sign In or Create a New Microsoft Account
6. Type your product key 
7. You will be given the download option 
8. Download the software and install 

In the event your computer comes with Microsoft Office and requires activation only, 

1. Open any Microsoft Office softwares, Eg. Microsoft Word
2. You will be either prompted to Sign in or Type a product key. (Take note that the license have to be added to your Microsoft Account before you can activate if you choose SIGN IN)
3. If you have selected Type a product key, enter the product key and click activate
